Things between Drew and I have gotten a lot better. There is still a ton of stress in our lives, but we're committed to managing it to the extent that it doesn't effect the relationship. He had a job interview at a really great organization (non-profit) yesterday and we're pretty sure that he nailed it.
On the down side... Drew's cousin MaryEtta is in the hospital battling throat cancer... she has a tumor on the left side and a blood clot on the right side. We've been staying at her home in Kansas City to take care of her bed-ridden 100 year old mother. Talk about stress.
OH- positive thing! My dog, Everest, learned to shake hands. Bravo, Everest, Bravo.... you little shit.
