I'm definitely getting back into the swing of things with the workouts. I'm excited- I feel better when I'm working out hardcore.

For those of you that don't know my story- I once weighed about 210 pounds. Now, I'm around 135. Losing weight is easy as hell- anyone can do it. After doing what I did to get to this point, I really don't tolerate excuses.

Biologically, human beings are meat to be physical more than just three times a week. Really, we're built to be physical seven days a week. I'm just saying... if you're serious about your health, revert back to a more primitive lifestyle and use the body that you're given. It can do amazing things, seriously. 

Other than that- today is pretty boring. I work at the restaurant at 4:00 and before that I have nothing going on. I'm probably going to make some eggs real quick and head to the gym. Oh- side note... swine flu shit is scaring the shit out of me! I don't want to touch anyone/anything when I'm out and about. I almost wish that I had a surgical mask to wear.

I'm even more freaked out because, as a server at a restaurant, I'm constantly touching people's silverware, drinks, plates... dirty napkins- bleahh!! So disgusting! I don't want to catch the flu of the swine!

Oh, and I think something else happened recently.... uhhh what was it- oh yes. My cousin of nineteen years just found out that she was pregnant and we're going to her shotgun wedding on the 8th of May... just 8 days before my twenty-first birthday. Sweet. WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE TO BE SO STUPID?!

  1. Wow, that is a lot of weight to have lost! Good for you. And to think, I was proud to have 30 pounds 5 years ago. You're right though, all you need is to stay active (in most cases).
